    • Direct responsibility for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the laboratory Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, ISO 15189).
    • Process Improvement: Led continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives by managing non-conformances, conducting root cause analyses (RCA), and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
    • Audit Management: Served as the primary liaison for internal and external audits and inspections, coordinating audit preparedness, managing the inspection process, and ensuring timely closure of deficiencies.
