Career Aspirations / Current Focus Areas

  • My current focus is on enhancing diagnostic accuracy and academic excellence through evidence-based pathology practice, research, and teaching. I aim to strengthen my expertise in histopathology, cytopathology, and oncopathology, with a particular interest in immunohistochemistry and molecular pathology for improved clinico-pathological correlation.
As a faculty member, I aspire to contribute to the academic growth of students and residents through structured teaching, mentorship, and innovative learning methods. I also intend to pursue research in oncopathology and digital pathology, focusing on integrating technology and AI-based tools into routine diagnostic practice.
In the long term, I envision developing as a clinician–educator and academic leader, contributing to departmental advancement, laboratory quality assurance, and community-oriented diagnostic outreach programs.
