Instructions For Admission

Applicable ONLY for candidate allotted MBBS seat through MCC of DGHS, MoHFW, Govt. of India at Symbiosis Medical College for Women (SMCW)

Following guidelines for smooth and timely completion of the admission formalities:

  1. A URL (along with Username and Password) will be sent on candidates registered email id and mobile number on MCC portal.

  2. For smooth admission formalities, please complete online registration form and upload documents on URL sent to you.

  3. Please bring original documents and three sets of self-attested photocopies separately in the order given below for verification

    Mandatory Documents 
    1. Admit Card of NEET-UG 2023
    • NEET-UG 2023 Score Card
    • Provisional Allotment Letter
    • Nationality Certificate/ Valid Indian Passport
    • Birth Certificate (If not mentioned in Metric Certificate) (English)
    • 10+2 Certificate
    • 10+2 Mark Sheet
    • Class 10 Certificate
    • Aadhar Card/ Passport/ PAN Card/ Driving Licence
    • Medical Fitness Certificate
    • Transfer Certificate
    • Migration Certificate
    • Passport Size Colour Photographs (8 Nos.)
    • Demand Draft for Payment of Fees

    For NRI Category
    1. Passport & visa of Sponsor
    1. Embassy certificate of Sponsor
    • Sponsorship Affidavit
    • Relationship Affidavit

    If Applicable
    1. Caste Certificate
    • Non Creamy Layer
    • Physical Disability Certificate (PWD)
    • Gap Certificate - on Legal bond paper Rupees 100  

  4. Fees are to be paid by Demand Draft drawn from Scheduled Commercial Bank in the name of “Symbiosis Medical College for Women”, payable at Pune.

  5. Please report to the Symbiosis Medical College for Women (SMCW)

  6. You are advised to report as early as possible to ensure smooth completion of admission process, as MCC website is functional only until 5 p.m. (on the dates as per schedule given by MCC).

  7. Please bring the bond for payment of fees of subsequent year on Legal bond paper Rupees -500.
